Hi I'm Shakti



We created Core Gone Wild for practitioners who want a more focused, intelligent approach to building strength and progressing in their practice.

Shunya and I are E-RYT 500 Advanced Yoga Practitioners specializing in movement arts, including inversions, arm balances, and advanced flow techniques. Shunya’s early training with a Shaolin Master in Indonesia brings a unique foundation of discipline, control, and movement awareness to our approach.

Our work is informed by years of training across multiple movement disciplines and extensive experience teaching both foundational and advanced practices worldwide.

We also lead registered Yoga Teacher Training programs, guiding students in developing the skills, confidence, and understanding to teach effectively.

Movement is at the core of how we live.

It informs how we train, how we think, and how we experience life. But it wasn’t always this way. Like many, we spent years in routine—disconnected from what we truly cared about.

Everything changed when we chose to fully commit to our practice, taking it around the world and building our lives around movement, exploration, and growth.

Since then, we’ve been all in—and our passion now is helping others reconnect to that same sense of possibility.

We are especially dedicated to making advanced asana—like floating, arm balances, and inversions—accessible and approachable. These movements can feel out of reach, but often the real challenge is simply not knowing where to start.

Core Gone Wild was created to bridge that gap.
