The Course
Step into a journey that’s as much about your own awakening as it is about learning to guide others. Our 200-hour Shambhala Yoga's teacher training is designed to nurture your practice, expand your understanding, and give you the tools to share yoga with confidence and authenticity.
Rooted in the ancient wisdom of yoga, Shambhala Yoga weaves together energy, consciousness, and the path to self-realization. Over the course of our time together, you’ll explore yoga philosophy, anatomy, breathwork, meditation, and asana — not as abstract concepts, but as living practices that meet you exactly where you are.
We’ll move beyond technique to the heart of teaching, learning how to create spaces where students feel safe, supported, and inspired. You’ll have opportunities to practice teaching, receive gentle, personalized feedback, and grow not just as an instructor, but as a human being on a path of self-discovery.
This training is more than a certification — it’s a doorway into deeper connection: with your body, your breath, your inner wisdom, and the people you’ll one day guide. Whether your intention is to teach, enrich your current offerings, or simply deepen your own practice, this experience will leave you grounded in the teachings and alive with new possibilities.
